Does Bealls offer Ship to Store?

Bealls offers Ship to Store on all orders. Orders $50 or more are eligible for Free Ship to Store.

Note: Online only items are excluded from Ship to Store. To qualify for FREE Ship to Store, order subtotal must equal $50 after discounts and before sales tax.

Please follow the Ship to Store steps below...

To place an order using Ship to Store:

  • Find a Ship to Store eligible item and select color, size and quantity (if applicable)
  • Select "Ship to Store" for the delivery method, enter the City or Zip Code to where you would like to pick up your order
  • Select "Send me text.." and/or "Add a pickup person" under "Pick Up Options"
  • Proceed to complete the checkout process
  • When all ordered products arrive at the selected store, we will notify you via email and/or text with pick up instructions

Can I apply discounts or promotions to my Ship to Store order?

You can apply any eligible discount or promotion when you check out on Beallsflorida.com

When will I be charged for my Ship to Store order?

You will be charged when your order has been fulfilled and shipped to your pick up store.

What do I need to bring to pick up order?

Present a copy of your Order Confirmation email or show it on your Smart phone with one of the following forms of ID to a team member at Guest Service. Be sure the ID is valid and has not yet expired and has the Billing First and Last Name.

  • Government-issued photo ID.
  • State-issued driver's license.
  • U.S. passport.
  • Military ID.
  • Certificate of Citizenship.
  • Certificate of Naturalization.
  • Permanent Resident.
  • Green Card.
  • Native American Travel Photo ID.

Your online payment will be processed when your order is fulfilled and shipped to your pick up store. You won't need to show your method of payment at the store.

Can I have someone else pick up my Ship to Store order?

Yes, you can Add a pick up person during checkout. Select Ship to Store Delivery option and click “Add pick up person” under Pick Up Options.

Can I change my pickup location after I placed an order using Ship to Store delivery?

Sorry, but you can't change your pick up store. You must pick up your order at the Bealls store you originally selected. If you’re unable to pick up your order at the store you selected, you can cancel your order or let the pickup window expire.

Can I cancel my Ship To Store order?

Pickup orders can be canceled by calling Bealls Guest Services at 1-800-569-9038, and requesting cancellation of your item/order or by not picking up the order within the 8 day pickup window.

Where's the receipt for my Ship to Store order?

After your order is picked up, you will receive your receipt by email. A printed receipt can be issued at the time of pick up upon request.

Do I receive order status notifications for my Ship to Store order?

You’ll automatically receive a pickup notification email when your item is ready for pickup. You can also view/track your order status on Beallsflorida.com

Why was my Ship to Store order canceled before the pickup window expired?

Sometimes an item unexpectedly becomes unavailable. We’ll send an email to let you know as soon as possible.

When can I pick up my Ship to Store order?

When your order is ready for pickup, you’ll receive a pickup notification via email. Your order will be held at the store for 8 days. If your order isn’t picked up within 8 days, we’ll cancel the order and issue a refund to your original form of payment.

How long will a store hold my Ship to Store order?

We'll hold your order for 8 days after your order becomes ready for pickup. If it's not picked up within 8 days, we'll cancel your order and return the items to the shelf. You'll receive a refund to the original payment tender for any canceled items.

What happens if I don't pick up my order?

Your order will be held for 8 days. If you’re unable to pick up your order, we’ll cancel your order and issue a refund.
