holiday return policy: 

• Online purchases made between 11/6/2026 and 12/24/2026 may be returned through 1/25/2027. Our normal return policy will apply to all purchases made beginning 12/25/2026. 

• We accept returns with either your packing list or your order confirmation email, within 60 days of your order date.

• Return your online purchases at any bealls, Bealls Florida, or Home Centric location – no matter which of our stores you purchased it from!

• Gift Cards are not eligible for returns.

• Returns without an order confirmation email or packing list, must be accompanied by a photo ID (driver’s license, state issued ID, passport, or military ID). Additionally, a merchandise credit will be issued, for the lowest selling price.

• Due to our always-changing inventory, exchanges are not available for online orders.
