You can order your items from Beallsflorida.com and pick it up outside your Bealls store when it arrives. To determine if an item is eligible for Carside Delivery, find “FREE Carside Delivery” message on the product detail page, and select Ship to Store as the delivery option at checkout.
When your order is ready for pickup, you’ll receive a Ready for Pickup notification via email.

While stores are temporarily closed, returns cannot be accepted via Carside Delivery. You may complete your return once stores are reopened or via mail, if necessary.

Present a copy of your Order Confirmation email or show it on your Smart phone with one of the following forms of ID to a team member at Guest Service. Be sure the ID is valid and has not yet expired and has the Billing First and Last Name
Your online payment will be processed when your order is fulfilled and shipped to your pick up store. You won't need to show your method of payment at the store.
Yes, you can Add a pick up person during checkout. Select Ship to Store Delivery option and click “Add pick up person” under Pick Up Options.
Sorry, but you can't change your pick up store. You must pick up your order at the Bealls store you originally selected. If you’re unable to pick up your order at the store you selected, you can cancel your order or let the pickup window expire.
Pickup orders can be canceled by calling Bealls Customer Care at 1-800-569-9038, and requesting cancellation of your item/order or by not picking up the order within the 8 day pickup window.
After your order is picked up, you will receive your receipt by email. A printed receipt can be issued at the time of pick up upon request.
You’ll automatically receive a pickup notification email when your item is ready for pickup. You can also view/track your order status on Beallsflorida.com
We'll hold your order for 8 days after your order becomes ready for pickup. If it's not picked up within 8 days, we'll cancel your order and return the items to the shelf. You'll receive a refund to the original payment tender for any canceled items.
Your order will be held for 8 days. If you’re unable to pick up your order, we’ll cancel your order and issue a refund.
