What is your return policy?

In-Store Returns & Exchanges:

Returns may be made to any Bealls store location at any time.

With a Receipt:

  • Returns with a Bealls Receipt will be refunded in the same form as the original payment or to a Bealls Store Credit if the original purchasing card is not present.
  • Return value will be based on the Final Price on your receipt.

Without a Receipt:

  • Returns without a Bealls Receipt will be refunded to a Bealls merchandise credit or through a corporate check.
  • Return value will be based on the current selling prices.
  • Bealls uses a return verification system and reserves the right to limit or refuse returns.

Note: Crypto Currency Purchases

  • Crypto tenders will be refunded to a Bealls merchandise credit with or without a receipt.(Crypto/bitcoin currently available in Bealls - Sarasota; Beneva Rd. location, only)

Returns by Mail:

We are happy to accommodate your merchandise return by mail.

  • include a copy of your purchase receipt or packing slip, complete with your name, address, and the merchandise.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges.
  • Allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you returned your package for the credit to appear on your account statement.
  • Please note: An email address is required to refund to a virtual gift card for certain mail-in returns.

If you are returning a gift that was bought by another customer, the original purchaser will receive a credit for the return on their credit card after the item is returned to our fulfillment center unless specific highlighted instruction is included to issue a Virtual Gift Card to an alternate email address. Or, you may return the gifted item to one of our local stores to receive a store credit or request an exchange. Returns
