WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY FOR BEALLSFLORIDA.COM PURCHASES?

We want you to be happy with your purchase from BeallsFlorida.com. You may return merchandise for a refund, any time after purchase. Please note that shipping fees are not refunded.

Items marked as Final Sale or No Returns are unable to be returned by mail or to stores.

IN-STORE - RETURNS:

We are happy to accommodate your Bealls, BeallsFlorida.com and Ship to Store returns in-store. Simply take the merchandise and your purchase receipt or packing slip that came with your BeallsFlorida.com order to the register in any Bealls store.

You’ll receive credit to the original method of payment. If a Bealls gift card is used, and the purchase order is greater than the amount on the Bealls gift card, the total purchase will be applied to the debit/credit card used to offset the balance. If the purchase was a gift, the total refund can be applied to a Bealls gift card if requested. Use our Store Locator to locate a store near you. Bealls returns are not accepted at Bealls Outlet. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refunded.

BY MAIL:

We are happy to accommodate your merchandise return by mail. Simply include a copy of your purchase receipt or packing slip, complete with your name, address and the merchandise. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you returned your package for the credit to appear on your account statement. Please note: An email address is required to refund to a virtual gift card for certain mail-in returns.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY FOR BEALLSFLORIDA.COM PURCHASES?

We apologize, but currently BeallsFlorida.com cannot process merchandise exchanges. Once received, the item may be exchanged in-store. A Customer Care Associate can assist you with your replacement order.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Care Associate through our Live Chat, email CustomerService@beallsflorida.com or call 800-569-9038 for instruction. Please be sure to have your order number, item number and tracking number from your original confirmation e-mail. Please know in some cases we may ask for pictures of the damage for our quality control purposes.

If you do not contact Customer Service prior to returning a damaged item, you may be responsible for all return shipping charges.

WHAT IF THE ITEMS RECEIVED ARE DIFFERENT THAN MY ORIGINAL ORDER?

We sincerely apologize for any error made in fulfilling your order. Please contact a Customer Care Associate through our Live Chat, email CustomerService@beallsflorida.com or call 800-569-9038 to resolve shipping errors. This includes receiving additional items in your shipment included in error, an item listed on the packing slip but not included in your package, or an item received that differs from the item on the packing slip.

RETURNING MERCHANDISE PURCHASED WITH A SINGLE ITEM PROMOTION

Returns on single item promotions like “% off one regular, sale or clearance” item may be prorated in certain instances. Although at the time of purchase the promotion looks to apply at the item level, there is a scenario where the price reduction on a quantity of 2 or more of the same products will apply equally between each. As a result, if you choose to return a portion of the same merchandise, that applied the single item promotion, your return will be prorated across the quantity of the same merchandise. For example, if there was an extra 40% off a single regular, sale or clearance priced merchandise:

$10 (ORIGINAL PRICE) X 2 (QUANTITY) = $20.00

  • The $4.00 discount is spread across 2 quantity ($10 - $2 = $8.00)
  • $8 x 2 = $16.00

EACH SKU IS SALE PRICED AT $8.00

  • On return the customer will receive $8.00

This is a simplified example where additional promotions, rewards, tax, and shipping are not included.
