There are two options available to return your online order; in-store or by mail.

To a Bealls Florida department store:
Bring your order and receipt (packing slip) to the Guest Services Desk any of our Florida department stores. Shipping fees are not refundable. Please note purchases made on are not returnable at Bealls Outlet or Bealls stores located outside of Florida. By mail:
If you prefer to return by mail, fill out the return form that accompanied your purchase, pack the merchandise (including all merchandise tags) and receipt (packing slip) into a sturdy box. Please know customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you returned your package for the credit to appear on your account statement. Most returns are processed within ten business days from the time your return has been received.

What is your exchange policy for orders?
We apologize but we cannot process merchandise exchanges. Please contact our Customer Care team for assistance.

What if I received damaged or defective product?
Please contact our Customer Care team. You will need your order number, product number(s) and tracking number(s) from the original order confirmation email handy. Please know we may ask for pictures of the damage for quality control purposes.

If you return the damaged product(s) and do not contact Customer Care, you will be responsible for any return shipping charges.

What if the items received are different than my original order?
Please contact our Customer Care team. Examples of this include:
  • receiving additional items you did not order
  • item(s) listed on the packing slip but never received
  • item(s) received differs from item(s) on the packing slip
