Do you know that 8 out of 10 women are wearing the incorrect size?
Could you be one of them? Below is a simple test to check for a proper fit:
Does the center panel lie flat against your breastbone? If it does not, this could be a sign that your cup size is too small.
Do your cups fit smoothly? If you don't fill out the cups, try a smaller size. If you are overflowing the cups, try a larger size or a style with a fuller cup.
Does your straps stay put and not dig into your shoulders? If not, a smaller band size can reduce the strain on the shoulders. Straps that are closer together help keep the straps in place.
Does the bra band fit snug to the chest, but not too tight? If not, then your band may ride up, which means the band size is too big. You should be able to slip two fingers under the back of the bra. The lower edge of the band should anchor below the shoulder blades. The lower the band fits, the better the support.

Bra Measurement
Not sure of your bra size? Here are some simple steps to calculate it. Note: Always remember to measure with the bra on.

1. For Band Size (i.e., 34, 36, 38, etc.), wrap tape snuggly and measure all the way around the rib cage directly under the bust.
2. For Cup Size (i.e., A, B, C), measure gently around fullest part of bust.
The band size minus the fullest bust measurement determines cup size. See chart to the left.
EXAMPLE: Under Arm Measurement: 32 inches Fullest Measurement: 34 inches For Band Size: 32+3=35 (size 36 band) For Cup Size: 34-32=2 inches (B Cup) Bra Size = 36B
