Shipping Charges:

Click here for standard shipping charges. Most packages are shipped Priority Mail via United States Postal Service. At our discretion, packages may also be shipped by an alternate carrier due to weight or size. Click here for shipping to AK, HI, PR and the U.S. VI. Due to current FAA and U.S. postal regulations, we are no longer able to ship orders to APO/FPO addresses. Flat Fee Shipping Charges are denoted on the product page, are based on the special shipping requirements of an individual product.

Fullfillment Procedures:

An order can be fullfilled and shipped from multiple locations, which will result in individual charges appearing on your credit card. You will receive an email when each item is shipped. If an item is unavailable, you will be contacted via email. Your account will not be charged for an item if it is not shipped.

Cancellations:

Cancellations must be done by contacting us by telephone at 800-569-9038 within 2 hours after the order was placed and no later than 6:00pm EST on the day the order was placed. We are unable to process any requests for cancellations made after 6:00pm EST or on a holiday. Please do not send cancellation and change requests via email.

Returns:

Bealls stands behind all the products we sell. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to any store with your receipt or mail it back for a full refund; customers are responsible for all shipping & handling charges. Click here for instructions.
