On Saturday, November 8th at the Destin Bealls Department Store, shoppers will have the opportunity to help Bealls raise money for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Shoppers can donate $5 to St. Jude's by purchasing a shopping pass that will allow them to save 15% on all merchandise including sale and clearance. Private shopping will be available for pass holders only from 8am-9am on Saturday. The pass discount is valid all day Saturday, November 8th. Passes may be purchased prior to Saturday, November 8th at the Destin Bealls Department Store. St. Jude Children's Research Hospital was founded in 1962 by the late entertainer Danny Thomas. Its mission is to find cures for children with cancer and other catastrophic diseases through research and treatment. St. Jude is the only pediatric cancer research center where families never pay for treatment not covered by insurance. No child is ever denied treatment because of the family's inability to pay.
