    Rated 4.7 out of 5 by 22reviewers.
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not as advertised I should have believed the 1 or 2 reviews that I read that said the dishes were not white, but beige. I ordered white, the box said white, but I received very light beige. If youorder these as being yours only dish set, then you will probably be satisfied with the color. But if you are adding to your original set or replacing broken dishes, the non-whitebeige color is very noticeable. The shell imprints on theseare not as detailed as the originals, but that is not as important as the mismatch of color. August 14, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good Bang for the Buck I was happy with this purchase. These plates are for a beach rental, and are good bang for the buck. There is enough detail to be whimsical and fun, but not too much that they are difficult to stack and clean like the Mud Pie plates, which cost so much more. Of the 4 boxes I ordered, only 3 pieces broke in transit, and Beal's customer service said to take pics and they would send out replacements. No replacements received yet, but I trust they will. I ordered another 4 boxes for a home in Kauai since these ones worked out so well July 18, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Really like the look One of the bowls was broken when I opened the box and I had to pay extra for shipping for special care. Any recourse? April 25, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Love the coastal look. I ordered these 3 sets of dishes 4 weeks ago while in Toronto. Our neighbours accepted the delivery. Now that I've unpacked them there are 2 broken bowls. What should I do? April 18, 2014

    Answer:
I haven't used in the microwave yet. I guess the biggest drawback is they take a little extra room because the raised design does make them more difficult to stack. The mug size is fairly typical holding about 10 oz.
