Orders begin processing immediately. Delays may be caused due to a problem processing your credit card or credit card verification. Please allow 3 – 5 business days for delivery in Florida and 5 – 7 business days for Continental U.S. delivery. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands may take 7 – 10 business days.
If we are unable to process your credit card and you provided a valid email address, we will notify you via email. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you.
You can check your order status online here. If you have provided us with a valid email address, you will receive email updates from us as your order is processed. It is possible to receive multiple updates and shipments because we ship from multiple locations.
After you have placed your order, if for some reason an item is not available to ship, the item will be cancelled from your order. We will attempt to notify you via email that an item has been cancelled from your order. You will not be charged for any item that is not shipped.
Orders are shipped UPS Ground, UPS SurePost and UPS Mail Innovations. Orders may be fulfilled and shipped from multiple locations which will result in multiple charges on your account and multiple packages arriving on different days. We reserve the right to ship all or part of your order by an alternate shipper due to weight and size. Online exclusive items and items subject to a shipping surcharge cannot ship to a PO Box address.
Gift cards ship free regardless of the price or quantity purchased.
At this time Bealls Florida is unable to accommodate multiple ship to addresses. If you would like to send to multiple addresses, each shipping address will need a separate order.
Bealls Florida will ship most items to a PO Box. Items with a shipping surcharge or marked as online only are not eligible to ship to a PO Box.
