Does BeallsFlorida.com charge for shipping?

Yes, standard shipping charges are based on the total purchase amount. At the right, you will find a chart of our current shipping charges for all orders shipped in the Continental U.S.  These standard shipping charges apply to all merchandise. Additional charges apply to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands (see below for details). Due to current FAA and U.S. postal regulations, we are no longer able to ship orders to APO/FPO addresses or the following US Territories:

  • American Samoa
  • Guam
  • Marshall Islands
  • Northern Mariana Islands
  • Palau
  • Armed Forces Americas
  • Armed Forces Europe
  • Armed Forces Pacific
  • Federated States of Micronesia

Yes. Shipping charges to these destinations are to the right. Please allow 7 – 10 business days for the delivery to these locations.

Express shipping is not available on BeallsFlorida.com. Please call Customer Care at 800-569-9038 Monday – Saturday 9am-9pm and Sunday 10am-8pm EST for further assistance.

Orders begin processing immediately. Delays may be caused due to a problem processing your credit card or credit card verification. Please allow 3 – 5 business days for delivery in Florida and 5 – 7 business days for Continental U.S. delivery. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands may take 7 – 10 business days.

If we are unable to process your credit card and you provided a valid email address, we will notify you via email.

If we are unable to verify the credit card information provided then notification is not sent. Please contact our Customer Care Center at 800-569-9038 option 3; Monday – Saturday 9am-9pm and Sunday 10am-8pm EST for further assistance.

You can check your order status online here. If you have provided us with a valid email address, you will receive order update emails from us as your order is processed. It is possible to receive multiple order updates and shipments because we ship from multiple locations.

After you have placed your order, if for some reason an item is not available to ship, the item will be cancelled from your order. We will attempt to notify you via email that an item has been cancelled from your order. You will not be charged for any item that is not shipped.

Orders are shipped Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service or UPS Ground. Orders may be fulfilled and shipped from multiple locations which will result in multiple charges on your account and multiple packages arriving on different days. We reserve the right to ship all or part of your order by an alternate shipper due to weight and size.
