HOW TO MEASURE

Stand up straight with feet flat on the floor, arms relaxed at sides. For accuracy, measure over undergarments & keep the tape measure parallel to the floor.

1. Chest/Bust

Measure around the fullest part of the chest/bust, while keeping the tape under the arms and around the shoulder blades.

2. Waist

Bend to one side to find the crease of your natural waistline and measure at that point, keeping your measuring tape comfortably loose. If you are between sizes, order a size up.

3. Hips

Measure around the fullest part of your hips, 7-9 inches below your natural waistline.

4. Inseam

Measure similar pants that fit well. Lay them flay with the front and back creased smooth. Measure from the top of the inside seam to the bottom of the hem.

5. Length

Dresses are measured from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom of the hemline.

The 12 had just the right amount of stretch added to the cotton for a great fit. Good quality fabric. Love the long length and the at the waist fit rather than below the waist fit and a great price. Bealls Florida seems to be the one place I can purchase them. Other stores and online providers often tend to be out of stock on my choice of size or color. I was especially happy when I tried on my 2 pair recently purchased from Bealls in that the Amanda style now has tapered legs. Previously-purchased styles tended to have baggy legs. I always look for them since I know they will fit perfectly, hold their shape through many washings and come in so many great colors. I have short legs and these are one of the few brands that offer "shorts" in multiple colors and sizes. They are true to size and so comfortable.
