      Yes they do have stretch which is part of why I love them, I do wear a belt with them cause as the day goes on I sometimes feel like they are falling. Great pants especially if on sale.

      yes, if you are in between sizes order the smaller one since the stretch and slightly larger sizing will make the fit correct.
