Rated 2 out of 5 by Great fringed napkin for appearance but quality poor. Was looking for a dark blue, casual, cotton napkin to coordinate with place settings for informal meals. The fringe gave it a fun appearance.I bought these online. Our store did not have them in stock. If I had been able to feel the product first I would not have bought them. They are as thin as a paper napkin. December 28, 2013
