Rated 2 out of 5 by Somewhat defective: buyer beware. The 3-in-1 kettleball is a great idea in theory. And when you watch the video, you imagine that it is simple to remove the varying weights. But, alas, it just isn't so. It wasn't till I got the third unit that I could remove the bottom weight! The first unit someone had jammed and while you could remove the bottom two, the bottom would not separate from the middle. The second unit hadn't been jammed out of alignment, but I could not remove the bottom. Finally, the third unit allows me to separate the three weights, which is how it should perform. However, it is a struggle to get the bottom back on the kettlebell unit.If it weren't for this structural defect, it would be ok. It includes a useful video which details 3 workouts. Unfortunately, it also makes it look quite simple to add and subtract weights. April 21, 2014
