| BRADENTON, Fla., - November 15, 2010 Bealls Department Stores, Inc., partnered with the American Cancer Society to raise funds for Making Strides Against Breast Cancer® in the state of Florida during October- Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The total amount raised through the Think Pink savings pass sale was $228,345.
During the month of October, Bealls Florida Department Store customers could donate five dollars to the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer® to receive a 20-percent discount savings pass. The 20-percent discount savings pass was valid for use October 28 through October 31, 2010 at any Bealls Florida Department Store.
